Each set with 4 confetti balloons & 8 solid color latex balloons, total 12 balloons
11" latex balloon with helium lasts around 6-8 hours under normal condition
In most cases the confetti will pool in the bottom of the balloon. To create static, rub the inflated balloon with your hand & roll it for the confetti to stick. Repeat this process if necessary. We cannot guarantee the confetti will stick in the balloon during the event.
