Ordering
When you place an order on the partyboutique.com.hk website you will
receive confirmation of your order. Please make sure that the email
address and phone number you provide are correct and the mail account
provided is working properly.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are
correctly displayed on the partyboutique.com.hk website, they are
subject to change.
All products displayed on the partyboutique.com.hk website are subject to availability.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive a
confirmation email. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself
and Party Boutique Limited through this website shall be governed and
construed according to Hong Kong law and any disputes or proceedings
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
About payment
If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be charged immediately for your order.
If paying by FPS / Payme / bank transfer, your order will not be
dispatched until we received your payment. To facilitate this, please
quote your order number when arranging transfer of funds.
Reschedule
If you would like to reschedule your order delivery / pickup arrangement, please notify
and confirm with us at least 2 working day in advance for our proper
arrangement.
For order with on-site setup arrangement, we require at least 7 working days notification.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
If you have received faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please contact
us at once to arrange a replacement. Unused goods in their original
packaging can be returned 14 days within order date. To arrange return,
please contact us at info@partyboutique.com.hk for return processing
form. Please note, returns are at customer’s expense.
Inflated
balloons are non-replaceable and non-refundable. We make sure balloons are in good condition on arrival / upon pickup. Please check before leaving. Once
balloons are no longer with us, please understand that we will not be
able to monitor and control the balloon condition anymore. Balloons are fragile and sensitive to temperature change, please keep balloons carefully.
Personalized products are non-replaceable and non-refundable as all are custom-made for customers.
By accepting to the "Terms and Conditions" when placing an order, you have also read and agree to bound by our "Privacy Policy".
