How can I make payment?

You can order online directly and settle payment by credit card via PayPal at our online store.

Alternatively, you can make payment by FPS / PayMe / Bank Transfer and send us the payment screenshot.

How long will helium filled balloons float?

Generally latex balloons last approximately 8-10 hours and foil balloons last approximately 2-3 days under normal conditions, however this depends on how they are handled, transported, temperature and humidity. Helium is very sensitive to temperature, so float time may be reduced significantly in unusually warm, unusually cool, very humid or outdoor environments.

 

Balloons are fragile and helium is sensitive to temperature difference. We will make sure all balloons are ok on arrival. Please check before leaving. However, once the balloons are no longer with us, we will not be able to monitor and control the balloon condition anymore. Please understand.

 

How long is the order processing time?

Once we have received your order, we will contact you by email to confirm all details and order can be processed upon confirmation. Typically it can be picked up or delivered within 2 working days.

 

If I need the items urgently, can you accommodate?

Yes, we will do our best to accommodate. If you need the items on the same day or the next day, please contact us at info@partyboutique.com.hk directly.

 

Can you specify the date and time for delivery?

Yes, you can specify the date and time at “Comment” box at the end of check out process. After we received your information, we will check our delivery schedule for that day and we will contact you by email to confirm. For delivery, we will provide you with an hour time frame to accommodate for traffic and travelling time. For example, if you would like delivery around 3pm, our delivery time will typically be between 2:30pm to 3:30pm. We will do our best to be there at 3pm but can’t be exact depending on traffic. You can also contact us by email at info@partyboutique.com.hk to ensure that we can deliver at the specific date and time before you placing the order online.
