If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be charged immediately for your order.
If paying by bank transfer, your order will not be dispatched until we
received your payment. To facilitate this, please quote your order
number when arranging transfer of funds.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
If you have received faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please contact
us at once to arrange a replacement. Unused goods in their original
packaging can be returned 14 days within order date. To arrange return,
please contact us at info@partyboutique.com.hk for return processing
form. Please note, returns are at customer’s expense.
